Billing, Payments, and Student Accounts

Student account statements are distributed electronically. All billing notifications are sent directly to students at their Columbia University email address; no other address is used. Consequently, students are required to activate their Columbia email accounts immediately after confirmation of registration. Payment Procedures

Students may elect to:

  • Pay bills online.
  • Print out the statement and pay it in person at Student Financial Services, 205 Kent Hall. Checks must be in U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank.
  • Mail payments to Columbia University, P.O. Box 1385, New York, NY 10008-1385.
