Admissions Timeline


You are strongly encouraged to submit your application as early as possible to ensure it is reviewed before the program has reached capacity.

For Fall
Priority Deadline
Application Review Period Begins
January 15
All applications completed by this date will receive a decision within 6 weeks.
Deadline May 15
All applications completed after January 15 will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

We are currently accepting applications for fall through July 15 on a space-available basis.

For Spring
Priority Deadline October 1
All applications completed by this date will receive a decision within 6 weeks.
Deadline November 1
All applications completed after November 1 will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Notifications will be delivered through the online application system.


Applicant Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
  • Three to five years of experience in construction (strongly recommended)
  • An engineering background is not required

  2. Submit your online application and fee payment.
  3. Receive an admissions decision notification online.

international students

  1. Because this program is offered only on a part-time basis, enrollment in this degree program does not qualify international students for a student visa.


Application Requirements

  • Completed online application form

  • $95.00 nonrefundable application fee (U.S. currency)

  • Transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended

  • Your résumé

  • Two letters of recommendation

  • Statement of academic purpose (300 to 500 words)

  • Optional: Official scores on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) general test or the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)

  • An admissions interview may be required

  •  Students whose native language is not English must include proof of English proficiency.
