Arthur Krozser Biography
Arthur Krozser has been vice president, operations, at CyberShift, Inc. since 2001. He has over 25 years of experience in development, consulting, implementations, and client support for various software solutions. At CyberShift, Krozser is directly responsible for operational disciplines within the enterprise, which include professional services, client support, time capture devices, application hosting (ASP), and internal systems. Specifically, these departments handle the infrastructure, project management, education, and training, as well as the technical and consulting services associated with the successful implementation and maintenance of CyberShift solutions. Prior to joining CyberShift, Krozser held the position of president and general manager of Digital Solutions, a division within JGI, a solutions-based company, which was primarily a reseller of third-party ERP software solutions for the industrial sector. Under Krozser’s leadership, the company reached its peak growth, generating revenues of over $24 million for clients such as Conair, Movado, Novartis, and Pepperidge Farm. Krozser’s career in consulting began in 1980, where he gained significant experience through the development of a human resources and payroll product, various ERP software solutions, implementation methodologies, presales support and project management. Since 1992, Krozser has been a frequent speaker at local and regional ERP user group conferences.
