Jinsook Erin Cho
Dr. Jinsook Cho is a faculty member at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is currently visiting the Marketing Division at Columbia Business School. She taught consumer behavior and strategy related courses to M.B.A. students at the University of Wisconsin and Washington State University. Her research interests include various aspects of consumption behavior, such as consumer trust and satisfaction and their relational outcomes, consumers’ information processing, and cognitive and behavioral responses toward marketing and communication strategies. Her research interest also includes personal finance in the context of investment decision making. Dr. Cho’s research has been published in Journal of Retailing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Consumer Affairs, and Information and Management. She has also conducted several grant projects on cross-generational and cross-cultural aspects of consumer behavior with Filene Research Institutes and Center of International Business Education and Research. She holds a B.A. and M.S. from Seoul National University in Korea and received a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
