Don Diforio
Don Diforio is senior vice president of financial services for Millward Brown, one of the world's leading research companies. His responsibility is to ensure that Millward Brown's research solutions are tailored to the unique dynamics of financial service branding, advertising and CRM. Diforio consults with U.S. financial service clients on the design of their custom research programs and the knowledge available through Millward Brown's extensive financial service database. Diforio has an extensive background in marketing research with leading financial institutions. He began his career in senior analyst positions at Northwestern Mutual and Nationwide. He then joined Washington Mutual and served as first vice president of advertising and brand research. Diforio was most recently senior vice president of research at the Advertising Research Foundation, responsible for industry research initiatives, member research briefings, and the ARF Ogilvy Awards for effective marketing. Diforio holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Emory University and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
