Registration Requirements

In addition to the requisite forms and signatures, you will need to provide the following items during the registration process.

Health Immunization Certifications

You’ll need to provide Health Services with information about your immunizations. There are two immunization requirements that all students must meet before registering for the first time: their immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella, and their meningococcal meningitis vaccination decision. Social Security Number

All students are required to give Social Security numbers prior to registering in the University for the first time.

International students require Social Security numbers only when they will be receiving funds of any kind from the University (not normally applicable in the Summer Term). International students should consult the International Students and Scholars Office for further information.

Other students who do not have Social Security numbers should obtain them from their local Social Security offices well in advance of registration.
