Who Should Apply

The program targets young or mid-career professionals who hold at least a bachelor’s degree and who are interested in a professional degree in the field of negotiation and conflict resolution. Appropriate candidates are those who either deal with conflict resolution as one of many organizational responsibilities or who wish to work as dedicated mediators in any one of a range of sectors, including law, human resources, community services, or labor.

Students may have a professional background in law or business, but find themselves increasingly responsible for conflict resolution and negotiation as part of their jobs even though they have no formal training in the field.
