Mona Wachtel

Mona Wachtel has been involved in the New York real estate industry for the past 20 years, and her experience covers retail, residential and industrial real estate.  She began her career underwriting commercial real estate loans and later worked with building owners on enhancing real estate assets. In addition to advising clients on acquisitions and dispositions, Wachtel is an expert in negotiating commercial leases and identifying the appropriate tenant mix for a project. Wachtel holds a B.A. from Rutgers University, has a real estate broker's license in both New York and New Jersey, and a New York Real Estate Instructor's license.

Mona Wachtel teaches Recitation in Contemporary Real Estate.
