Degree Requirements

In order to receive the M.S. degree, students must complete the degree requirements within five years (10 terms, excluding summer) with an overall grade point average of 3.0 (B) or better. The recommended timeframe for completion is three years.

The 36-point program is composed of 12 3-point courses and is designed for part-time study.

  • CNAD K4105. Elemental Topics in Construction Administration. 3 pts.
     
  • CIEN E4132. Prevention and Resolution of Contract Disputes. 3pts. (spring only)*
